Florence Radzilani graduated Master of Public Management
Limpopo MEC for Social Development Florence Radzilani graduated Master of Public Management (MPM) under the Faculty of Management, Commerce and Law at the University of Venda on Friday.
Radzilani has thanked all leaders, friends and family in a Facebook post.
“I am overwhelmed with gratitude as I celebrate this milestone of achieving my master’s degree. Your support, encouragement, and belief in me have been the pillars of my success. A heartfelt thanks to God for the guidance, strength, and wisdom bestowed upon me throughout this journey. Thank you all for your love and support. May the good Lord bless you,” posted Radzilani
Radzilani was born in 21 April 1971 in Ha-Masakona village.
She’s a member of ANC and previously served as the executive mayor of Vhembe municipality.
She’s a former safety, security and liaison MEC and was also the chairperson of the African National Congress Women’s League (ANCWL) in the Vhembe region.
Radzilani was among individuals mentioned in the VBS Mutual bank forensic report.
She claimed that she’s not aware of any business between municipality and VBS Mutual Bank.
In the forensic report – titled the Great Bank Heist – released by advocate Terry Motau, Florence Radzilani was said to be “crying” because she received only R300 000 for ensuring that millions deposited by Vhembe district municipality into VBS were not withdrawn.

Radzilani started her primary education at Mawela(Rasikhuthuma) Primary and passed her matric at Tshinanga Secondary School.
She obtained her BA degree at Univen, her Higher Education Diploma at the University of the North, a Municipal Governance Diploma from Rand Afrikaans University, an honours degree in Public Administration from the University of Limpopo and a qualification in executive leadership management from the University of Pretoria.
